A dedicated concierge is assigned to swiftly handle customers' travel requests, ensuring that VIP clients can use our services with peace of mind.
What is junket?
A casino junket is a service that provides access to exclusive VIP casino rooms for wealthy clients, along with various concierge services. These services may include round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel and special-rate accommodation. At Betrnk Tours, we offer customized casino tours through partnered casino junkets, ensuring a luxurious and unique casino experience for all clients, from beginners to high-level players.
Which casinos can I play?
Betrnk will guide you to casino hotels that provide VIP services. However, you may be directed to a different casino hotel depending on your previous usage records*. Detailed information will be provided by a dedicated concierge or manager after your application.
*1 Paradise City is only available to customers who have not played at the casino in the past year.
*2 Seven Luck Casino is available to Silver members and above, regardless of prior usage records
Is it okay to use only Japanese?
Yes, you can rest assured. Betrnk Tours has many staff members who speak multiple languages.
What does buy-in mean?
This is the amount of the first chip purchased.
Does the tour plan include breakfast?
It will be room-only accommodation. If you have any requests, arrangements can be made for an additional charge. Also, meals are provided free of charge in the junket area.
If I have a companion, can you still get airline tickets and hotels?
In that case, it would be possible if you pay the difference for your companion.
What happens if I fail to fulfill the conditions of my tour plan?
If you fail to fulfill the conditions of the tour, then the conditions will be treated as achieved at that time.
Is there a shuttle service available if I want to do sightseeing locally?
The shuttle service is exclusively available between the airport and the hotel. Let us know if you’d like us to arrange it for you.
What games are covered in the VIP room of the junket?
The only game available in the junket's VIP room is baccarat, but once you have met the plan conditions, you may play any game of your choice in the general area.
Can I use a credit card to buy in (deposit) when playing in the junket's VIP room?
Credit cards cannot be used. Cash, bank transfers, and USDT are available as payment options.
Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel after making a reservation?
As a general rule, cancellations are not accepted after making a reservation. In the case of an unavoidable cancellation, no separate cancellation fee will be charged by our company. However, flight costs will be subject to the airline's cancellation policy.
Does the tour plan allow late check-out?
It's possible .Check-out costs are generally charged separately.
